KYLE KAVANAUGH - President Since 1989, Mr. Kavanaugh's career has been dedicated to Retail Tenant Representation. Mr.Kavanaugh spent three years as an agent for Lee & Associates in San Diego County. After Lee & Associates, Mr. Kavanaugh became a corporate Real Estate Manager Blockbuster Entertainment. While at Blockbuster Entertainment, Mr. Kavanaugh was responsible for seven counties and over 150 Blockbuster Entertainment stores (Blockbuster Video, Blockbuster Music, Discovery Zone).

Upon leaving Blockbuster Entertainment Mr. Kavanaugh launched Main + Main, Inc., a retail tenant representation brokerage firm. Some of Main + Main Inc.’s clients have included, Boston Market, PetCo, Blockbuster Video, Rock Bottom Restaurants, Brinker International and Kinko’s Inc., Pf Chang's, Costco. He currently presides as President and Chief Executive Officer of Main + Main, Inc.
