Ashley Knox joined Main and Main in spring of 2010. Ashley discovered the retail world of commercial real estate through her role as an advertising sales director for a retail real estate trade magazine. Naturally, being a savvy shopper herself, the exposure to this dynamic and "fun" sector of commercial real estate resonated greatly within her and she knew she wanted to make retail real estate deal making her career. For the 3 years prior to becoming a broker and joining the M+M team Ashley worked in- house for real estate developers leasing a variety of retail property types throughout the Southern California market. She brings with her the benefit of the landlord's perspective as an aid to effectively negotiating our client's position. In addition to her prior real estate experience, Ashley's background includes the operations side of restaurants as a catering sales manager and advertising sales to retail businesses all of which compliment M+M's mission of matching tenants with the best possible opportunity for their business. Ashley holds two degrees; an Associates of Arts in Acting from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Irvine. Ashley is an active member of ICSC and serves on the Board of Directors of The Association of Corporate Real Estate Executives in Los Angeles. A native of the desert Southwest, Ashley relocated from Arizona and is an avid ocean enthusiast and sailor.
